Restrictions
Valid for travel May 1 through November 30, 2012. Additional guest allowed in deluxe double room for $30 per night plus tax fee. Children under 16 years stay free. Reservations required and subject to availability. Not valid toward existing reservations. Not valid 5/24-5/27/12. Based on availability. Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. Must be 21 or older to check in. Check in at 3pm; check out at 12pm. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with reward points.
Policies
- Travel agent bookings are available up to 5 rooms per night at any one time. (For larger groups you will need to contact our sales department at 305-674-8200 ext. 613 or 678
- Commissions will be paid only for guests who stayed at the hotel. No shows and cancellation fees are non-commissionable.
- A one night deposit (total stay during special events) is required upon booking and will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation within 24 hours of the reservation being made.

Q: Are all room rates commissionable?
A: Yes, except for certain government rates, promotional rates or pre-negotiated rates. For more information, contact our reservations help desk at 1-877-674-8200.
Q: How does a commission payment work?
A: The Beacon Hotel appreciates and understands the travel agents' hard work and commitment in providing services to our hotel. We pay a 10% commission on all qualifying published rates and we process your commission payments on a weekly basis because we believe you should be compensated fairly and quickly. Q: How do I inquire about my commission payment?
A: Commission inquiries must be submitted within 6 months of the guest’s departure. There are two ways you can make an inquiry:

Q: Why aren’t all rates loaded and available to sell in the GDS?
A: We make every attempt to display a wide range of rates in the GDS. However, due to seasonal rate changes, special restrictions and a limited amount of space all rates cannot be displayed.
Q: Why does the hotel have a different confirmation number from the one provided in the GDS?
A: Our hotel property management system (PMS) assigns a confirmation number based on the PMS number scheme. If needed, we can retrieve the reservation with the guest name.
Q: Will I earn Rewards on GDS bookings?
A: No. You can only earn Rewards for your bookings when you book directly with us using our website reservation system.
Q: Are promotional commission rates available on the GDS?
A: No. Qualifying promotional commissions are only available when booking directly with us using our website reservation system.
