If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.

There will be a full balance charge and one week cancellation for special events and holidays:

• A security deposit of $100 is required upon check in and it may be payable in cash or held on a credit card.
• State & Local Taxes: 13%.
• Bellman assistance and luggage storage are available.
• Parking: Valet parking (24 hours) is available at a fee of $20 per day.
• Maximum occupancy for Ocean Front and Deluxe King rooms is 2 adults.
• Maximum occupancy for Suites, Deluxe Double rooms, and Handicapped rooms is 3 adults.
• For a third adult in a room you will be charged an extra daily fee of $30 + 13% tax added to your reservation total.
